Who We Are

Hukill Consulting is a privately owned company that works with other small businesses to:

• improve their operational capacity and workflows
• reduce their operational costs
• improve the company's cash flow

We use tools from Six Sigma to help companies reach their operational objectives. We understand that our role as a consultant is exactly that. We consult with you. It is your business and your decisions at the end of the day. We are there to help you achieve the results you are looking for.

• Project Management: You know what you want and need done. You just need somebody to run the project and to keep it on task and on time.
• Six Sigma Operational Review Methodology: You give us an area of your business that you feel needs to become more efficient and cost effective and we use the Six Sigma principles to map the processes and find the areas that can be improved.
• Outsourcing: You have some one-off type of work that needs to be done for your business but you don't want to hire permanent employees to do it. We'll come in and cover these areas for you. We provide everything from High-Level Management work to lower level data entry work and any size of project/timetable. Anything from operational work to financial services.
